After it was raining for three days, our carpeted basement was completely flooded, along with many others in the area. Despite meeting with other flood victims, Patrick and his Flood Doctors team were able to respond the same day to drain … More the flooded water.
Following that they removed the entire damaged carpet from the 1500 sq. ft. basement, which meant they first had to move two beds, four sofas and a ton of workout gear (including a squat rack and dumbbell rack).
Next, Patrick and his team applied disinfectant across the whole basement to prevent the growth of mold before moving all of our belongings to their original place. He was also very flexible and willing to work with us while we looked for a carpet installer.
Most importantly, they offered all of this service for CHEAPER than three competing companies in the area. Overall, the Flood Doctors responded quickly throughout an emergency, they offered an incredible service with plenty of accommodations, and they did so for an incredibly fair price.
